Last Thursday, mom and I found a nice four-person tent on sale, and ended up buying it. And then we tested it out Friday night by camping in the backyard. That was fun. I still want to visit a state park or something, but I think I'll go ahead and cross that off the list, because I don't think it'll happen in the next week, the weather's just too hot and/or rainy. I washed even more dishes, because I still have dishes that were given to me, but need to be washed before I use them or put them away for storage. But I'm making a pretty good dent in that pile. Also, putting dishes in this list turned out to be a terrible idea in general. I just tossed them in because I didn't know what to put down, but really, it gets old, commenting on it all the time because they'll never be done. I finished some final touch-ups on Parts 4 and 5 of Ink 3, and scanned them in. I've been working on cleaning up Part 4, I think it'll be done either today or tomorrow. Also a lot of cleaning and organizing in general. Set up a second desk in my room for things like crafting, sewing, and just projects in general that need a larger workspace. I actually got a lot of things done this week, very productive. I always wanted to visit Yellowstone. There are trails and fields at my house. I clean every few days but get super distracted. Glad you seem well .

Well, of the five things on my list, I've only made any progress on 3 of them, and only "significant" progress on one, and that's the "read more for pleasure" one. So I give myself a big ol' "F" for my spring cleaning. And seeing as my reading has consisted of a re-read of the Harry Potter books, perhaps I should change my "F" to a "T" for Troll.

Agh, yeah, this is the endpoint, isn't it. I didn't update the past two weeks due to getting nothing done on my list, and I didn't get anything done last week either (got two books to translate and am focusing mostly on Wrighton right now, and so it went.) Welp. I'll still try to chip away at my project list when I get breathing room again.
On the whole I still got more things finished over those three months than I had for several years xD

I've been really rubbish about updating, but I've done more work on my novel this past week! And during the rest of the event I cleaned my room, and got that microfic published. So that's at least three items on my original list, just off the top of my head.

Well here we are again! It's always such a pleasure. Remember when you tried to kill me twice?
Uhm, I feel like not much progress on tasks has happened these past two weeks, aside from wordcount-upage on my novel and Medieval fic. I'm definitely not going to be able to get a precise wordcount; note to self, make something specifically to track wordcount through the event rather than just your wordcount per month. I did also look for photos and grabbed some, just need to check how many I can order and what size/orientation the frames are, which might have been smarter to do before but here we are.
I also did do some work on the Factions card game code, buuuut that wound up turning into "omg I need to rewrite this code from the ground up again, sooo I dunno if that really counts as progress. Seems more like undoing progress to me.
...Yeah, so I definitely didn't finish everything on my list, but I really feel like I got a lot more done than I would have without it, so that's definitely good! \ o / Hopefully we will do a summer version as well and we can keep this productivity stream flowing!

Didn't get too much of note done this week, though I did valiantly try to finish the Madge fic. I did not succeed, but progress and fun were had! xD In light of this, I illustrated my current writing-brain-space in doodle comic form: (It's Photobucket, so hopefully it's visible. I know it was having issues earlier.) But since it's the end of the event, and it began with a list, I'll end it with a list of what I got done, too. - Drew three things from my pencil drawings category (...and added three more, but shhhhh)
- Finished Mountain Sound and Maniacal Laughter
- Finished reading two books, 2016 Trick-or-Treating, AND Hero City and its mission works! \ o /
- Finished Whistling, started Pending Rewrite (although I might end up scrapping it), and got a lot done on the Madge Fic!
- Stayed healthy! *fistpump* Obviously it'd've been nice to get more drawing done, but I'm pretty happy that I got so much read, so I'm pretty pleased altogether! ^^ Thank you for making this event!!

So, last day, and I didn't do much this week either, but I'll still note it. I eventually came back to my very first task on the list, and that's to reorganize my stuff and throw things away that I don't need anymore. There was a day I spent going through one of my particularly big boxes full of junk and going through some of it. Got rid of a big box that housed a small not-fragile thing, which freed up a lot of room. And I tore apart some of my old organizers, ripping out the pages with sensitive information to destroy and leaving the rest to be recycled later along with the metal organizer bindings. Still haven't actually recycled them; kind of want to throw more things together to recycle all at once, but plan is to do that before I have to move, at least. Probably earlier because I want it done, and if I happen to be driving by the facility some day, welp. Still need to clean up a lot more stuff, but I'm really happy to do the amount that I did. Bit by bit, my room becomes a bit less messy and I have a bit less stuff to worry about, which makes me happy. I also ended up writing a bit more of Clue backstory on a whim, and it's still not even close to completion, but hey, it's in progress. Just probably a bit on hold due to a combination of writer's block and the fact that I'm doing Wrighton now and don't want to overwork myself too much. Other than that, I didn't do much this week. So now that the event is technically over, let's do an overview of what I did do over the event. 1. Sort through things and reorganize/Actual Spring Cleaning I did a bit of that! Got rid of old clothes, reorganized things on a small level, got rid of old stuff that, let's be honest, I'm never going to use anymore. Still have more to do, so I can't cross it off the list, but I'm happy to have made progress on this.
(For fics, I only did one snippet of a random scene for maybe Kine fic, developed more of a side character for Booveen fic, brainstormed an in-universe tale about a god, and mostly spent it writing Clue backstory. A little disappointed I didn't get to it, but that's inspiration for you, I guess. Plus, I had other priorities.)
6. Learn Python Nooooot as much as I would have liked. I did get started though; downloaded the programs, did some practice things... But I have a hard time sticking to it. What I need is a list of projects to go through, since just going through and trying each of the lines of code isn't entirely enough, though it's a very good start. It's hard to get me into programming, but I need to practice it for my career, so maybe I should push myself more into that gear over the summer.
10. Read borrowed book ...I only started. I really, really need to get back to this because I need to return it soon. So that's a summer goal for sure.
7. Fix my LaTeX programs (so that they actually compile properly) I did it! *Final Fantasy victory music*
8. Combine data between app and organizer and find pattern I also did this! *Pitched variation of Final Fantasy victory music.*
11. Send applications ...Okay, so I ended up kind of skipping one because it's so confusing and I don't know if I need it for the first semester anyway... But I did the rest! *Broken Final Fantasy victory music.*
12. Read stored books I read one! *Half-hearted Final Fantasy victory music.* So not as much as I would've liked, but still more than I would've done had this event not happened. So thank you, Fluffle, for coming up with the event!

I did finish Part 4 of Ink. Sketched a bit of Part 6 in my notebook. Did a good deal of art, finished my last sketchbook and started my sixth one since 2011. Even did a couple of landscapes, still feel like I need a lot more practice. Thinking about studying cartoon series, because they tend to do a decent job of simple backgrounds that are just enough to get the idea across, but not so time consuming that they waste time and money on them. I cut out the major pieces of the black wall sticker kits, one for a tree, and one with pumpkins and stars from Halloween clearance. And I taped them to the wall so I could get an idea of placement. It looks something like this: Still need to peel off the backing and actually get them stuck onto the wall. But I'm excited, it'll bring a lot of flair to the kitchen. Feel like the buffet table needs a black tablecloth now, though. More cleaning and organizing and yardwork. And that was this past week.

Biggest thing I have to update on I guess is job applications; well, I have a job now, so no longer need to fill anything out!
Other than that, can't say there's much to cross off of what I've got on my list. Looking back, I'm trying to recall everything that I got done over the event, but my list changed so much, I'm forgetting everything I put on it in the first place x) Most of my items were less "get this done" and more "work on or chip away at this" anyway, so while I did make progress on a number of things, there aren't many physical end results to show for my work. Those will just come with more time due to the nature of a lot of my tasks.
