Uh...progress. That was a thing that was supposed to happen yesterday 8D;
So I didn't do much art this week either. What a shock. I think I find art more difficult than writing. I don't know how people can just crank out AG entries like there's no tomorrow. XD; I guess I'll save those for later?
I DID move the Wafflenet file over to my laptop so I can work on it. This time I THINK I have an idea of how to do the buildings. There was an architect program by google...saw it on tumblr...somewhere...that could help...
Memories are hard to track down especially since I didn't write them and can't access the ones I did. Sigh...
Plowing through the archive project. I'm on #10 of 14.
I recorded all the singing parts but I made a mental change to the arrangement and want to do it over.
Finished the 777 story and halted writing Kristy's. I don't think it's meant to be.
Nearly finished the order sheet, and my boss LOVED IT! She wants me to make a few minor edits and will SEND IT IN TO CORPORATE AAAAAAAAAA
Finished the flower bookmarks and they look amazing. All I've got to do is mail them.
Got all the ingredients for mint chocolate chip cookies. But I need to wait for 10 days for my coworker to come back before I can make them for her. XD;
...I feel as disjointed as this post looks

I probably should have set better goals for myself.
"Find the meaning of life" isn't really the easiest thing to do. (No, not that joke, I hate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.)
But I did start getting more than 2 hours of sleep every day, so that's a goal crossed off my list. Now I got THREE whole hours of sleep every day!

I managed to get all my dishes clean! I had a huge backlog from when I was sick. Also a lot of general tidying up from that, I became so lazy, because just getting out of bed was draining.
I'm getting closer to having my bookshelves all organized, I moved the last of the books from my old bookshelves. With a little bit of weeding of old books I don't need anymore, I think they might all fit nicely.
Art has been sparse this past week, most of my time was spent catching up from stuff from when I was sick. But I really need to make time to work on Ink again. It will make me feel better about life.
Also saw this still from a movie, and I'm tempted to find it back and draw it for landscape practice. If I can find it back, and I find the time.
Visited the career counselor today, she helped organize my resume and fill in details. Much easier to talk to her about what could go on it, rather than me just staring at the word doc, wondering what to say about myself. She did complement some things I'd already added to it, though, which made me feel better. I hold myself to a high standard with my writing, but then I also have a mode where I just throw words on a page and consider it a first draft. I don't know what it is lately, but people keep being impressed by my first drafts, which I just cobble together. I run into this at work too.
It's probably a good thing, though.
As a side note, I picked up my robes for graduation yesterday. It's coming up fast. A certificate in web development, on top of my BA in English.
After I clean up my resume a bit more, I'll have my internship boss look it over and critique. Also a subtle hint that I'm getting serious about getting a job. I would be very happy to continue working at the place I am already.

Well, looks like I missed my "I'll make Wednesday my new update day" day. xD But, but I have a good reason! I discovered a graphic novel/webcomic at a used bookstore yesterday, and it was one of those things that I knew I would not be able to go to bed until I had finished it.
Anyways, this week I finished Whistling, and I started reading Book #2. (I think it'll go as fast as the first book in the series, but good grief, if the characters don't catch a break soon, I'm gonna die. xD)
I also edited my list in the thread so that I could update it. I wanted to add things and cross other things off. (...It looks more incomplete than I expected. I need to do more of the pencil drawings.)

Nnnnoooot much happened this week, productivity-wise. ='D
Okay, I did do one thing. That is, I did one practice session of Python. I need to do more. Maybe I'll put myself more to task to make that a daily thing.
Oh, and I made progress on one application thing, but I can't consider that done yet.
And I've been... thinking about my fics, at least.
...Beyond that, I've done nothing! \ o /
To be fair, some of those days have been when other things have taken precedence, thing that take up my whole day. ...That and the lack of motivation I've had lately that's made me miss a few days of doing anything useful.
On the one hand, I need to take myself more to task, but on the other hand, I may need a few days to just... settle.
We'll see where my mood strikes me this week. But I'll try to make progress on at least one thing.

Can't sleep, so I should probably update some. I've made progress on nothing and I don't expect this to change in the next day.
It's not that I cared a lot about any of the things on my list anyway. My room's all dirty again, I've erased more useless garbage from my computer, and the progress I've made on sleep has been gone.
Meh.

Might as well update this weekly! I'll start updating on Wednesdays from here on in.
item i: clean my room I made some good progress on the above this week. I cleared out my shirts draw, so now it will actually close and all the things fit inside it, gee whizz! I've also got a big rubbish bag in there right now which I've been chucking handfuls of crud into. Might actually get this thing looking presentable in time after all!
item iv: Pockets So this one is complete, but it's probably worth noting here that it was actually properly officially published this past Monday. Hoorah!
item vi: novel!!! So for a couple months I've had this vague idea for a novel floating around in my head. I finally wrote out the first version of an important scene, and my friend really liked it! That inspired me to write out more scenes, develop the plot, work out character relationships, and design the essential Exposition Character with the creepy eyes. We now have a pact that each of us will finish our respective novel ideas by May 2019. So. Hopefully that will turn out well!

Technically I should've updated yesterday but I didn't really have much of anything to report, and was kinda hoping I could start something on my list last night. I'm also playing the "it was my birthday" card 8P
Anyway. Yeah like I said, not much to report. I've been working on my writing, of course, but there's still a bunch of handwritten backlog so no total wordcounts yet. I did do about...two-thousand words typed of my novel last week-ish, though. Just need to get that handwritten stuff on board and we're golden <.<
I did start one of the art projects on my list last night, some FR dragon art. Technically I already have art with these two that I'd started, but since then I'd drawn some new sketches I like better. ...Might have to restart them, though - I tried out a new art program but I'm not sure it's gonna work for me, I am super-attached to some functionality in Paint Shop Pro that I can't seem to find in other art programs so =P Luckily it wouldn't be too much work, just some flat colors and no details yet.
Though uh, maybe I get a 2x bonus for the Vet Appointment quest? <.< Lark has some weird wounds on her mouth and chin sooo. The online appointment form actually worked this time though, yaaay

Oh dear, I think I may have missed updating last week xP I don't think there was much to say anyway, so I guess it's at least fitting x)
Most of my recent productivity has happened these past couple days; I crossed off two items and added another one! Scholarships and TKD training are crossed off for now, not because I'm "finished" with them, but because some recent developments have made them no longer pressing. Likely when I pick back up on them, this event will either be ended or ending, but I'm keeping them on the list just in case they do come back up before spring cleaning is over. The item that I added was homework because these past few days I have been blazing through that. Found out that I can actually finish the rest of the year's homework right now if I wanted, so I'm aiming to do that by the week's end. My goal is to be done by tomorrow night, but it might bleed into Friday or the weekend as well.
Other items like my stories haven't made much more progress since last time I mentioned them. I've been working on a Blossoms comic the past couple weeks, but it's just a side comic, so no big development with the story there.
It's been a very productive week so far (after a terribly lazy weekend), but just not with things on my spring cleaning list x)

After a lot of revisions and thought, I have a complete version of my Resume, one I'm finally fairly happy with. That took a lot of time though, so I didn't have much time for other things last weekend. My boss looked over it on Monday, and gave me a few extra pointers, but overall thought it looked good.
I've also been working on my final project for my WordPress class, designing a website. I'm actually recreating my portfolio site, only improving it. Put in a lot of time yesterday and today, and I've got the layout done. It's wonderfully responsive, quite happy with my work there. Next I need to work on content.
My internship took an interesting turn last Thursday, when I learned that my boss is leaving for a new company on May 2nd. My internship is supposed to end sometime in May, no exact date. I'd kind of like to be hired by the company, honestly. So right now, I'm just really unsure how things will play out. That's partly what's spurned me to get this resume and portfolio stuff done right now. I need to be ready to act with whatever opportunities come up.

This week is a late update week and for good reason--the archive project I worked for about a month on has finally come to a close.
Eh, not really.
But I did come to terms with the fact, through a little help, that there is always something new to discover, even if the pages are limited. It's like the ocean. Yes, there's a limit to it, but it's vast and there's always something new to find. So I accept that it will never truly be complete. Always needs a little refinement here and there, a little more investigating.
I'd pushed myself to exhaustion, to the point I became unhappy and began seeing dots in my vision and losing sleep left and right.
This week will be a casual/oddjobs/writing week. That much I can do. I can even write with my eyes closed.
It'll just be nice and light to ease into recovery.

I finished Book #2 this week, just in time to return it to the library and escape being overdue! And I also finally got around to drawing Joan with Pokemon and With SvtFoE Yarn, and I sketched out Mountain Sound. Not a super productive week, but I'm glad I finally did those. ^^

Whoa, an update on time for once? What is this madness XD
I'm learning Sketchup and getting people's ideas on what Waffles, No Nets looks like and I'm attempting to combine them all, even if the program is a little tricky here and there.
But the project I had that started this all...the one project I had in mind...
An art trade nearly 12 years overdue...is complete.
And...given the subject matter I'm relatively happy with it. ^^ I just hope she is, too.
Also I've been trying to write here and there and Write or Die has helped tremendously with it. Have other things to write on a deadline but I'm not ALL that worried.

Update time!
So, last week, I didn't really get any writing or coding stuff done... But!
I completed two of the application things I wanted to do! One of them was kind of an "oh, it's at the next stage?", and after that it was fairly easy to finish up, so that I have that crossed off!
And yesterday, I completed another one that was more complicated.. Still gotta wait for word on that one, and word on that one is actually delaying whether or not I can finish one of the other ones. (I guess it doesn't have to delay it, but I'd feel easier if I knew how that one turned out.)
I have one more application to do that I don't really need to delay on anymore. However, there is a problem. It requires the dreaded... phone call. *Screeching of horror violins.* (And I only need the phone call because it requires doing hard things and I have no idea what I'm doing but I can't afford to get information wrong either. ;_; )
But it's not the weekend anymore, so besides anxiety (which is big), I have no more reason to delay doing it. So... I gotta figure that out, at least this week.
Beyond that, I haven't done anything on my list... But I still feel like I've made good progress! The stuff I mentioned has been top priority, so making significant progress on that is okay by me!
So I realize that I only one month left of Spring Cleaning. That's about 4 more weeks worth of updates. That means I should probably step up my game to make progress on at least a few more things. I still really need to get to reading that book I borrowed; I've been procrastinating on that for no good reason. And I should at least try to finish up the short fics I started. Dunno if I'll actually complete Kine Map; I've also been procrastinating on that because it's hard. I should task myself to do Python practice at least once every few days, though. That's something that while I can never really cross it off my list, I can always pride myself on making progress on it. But I can only do that if I keep getting back to it.
Honestly, my biggest problem here when it's in my control (sometimes circumstances make it not in my control) is procrastination. I need to put myself to task on things, but I'm also a bit hesitant because I don't want to push myself too much either. I'm a lot more efficient when I'm not stressing myself out over things and just taking it at my own pace. And putting too much on my plate... That's not a "just one day of stress" consequence for me because my brain sucks at handling stress. So I'm wary of doing too much. But I can't help but feel like I'm doing too little as well. So I need to try to do just a little bit more, at least, and build up until I get to a good point. I think I have an idea for how I can get myself to do that.
So, that's my story! One month more! (After which I'll... probably continue to do some things on my list because they're still things I need to get done regardless. It depends on how busy I'll be. I'll have a lot less time come next autumn, at least, so I should try to get more done before then.)

I didn't update last week because I hadn't made any progress to speak of and there wasn't no point in posting all "didn't get anything done, o noes, shame on me" cos that spirals me into getting even less done. Did manage to find time for some stuff here and there over the past week.
The painting is still clipping along, and I was right in that I need to focus on getting one thing done before moving on to anything else. When I work on several things bit by bit, there's no visible progress and then I get all bluuuuhh about it and won't ever finish any of them. So I'll try to push that one along this upcoming week.
Also had a burst of COMICS YAY and finished a Shad and Saura comic I'd had half-sketched for... no telling how long, but it was on the same sheet of paper as my Christmas issue comic from 2009, to give you an idea xD So now it's all sent in and waiting for a response. I'm using that as an opportunity to just strike the "more S&S comics" entry off my list, because comicmaking is a constant pending task for me, so I have to draw the line of completion somewhere for this event.
Worked a bit on the lineart of the next sketchbook cover. Slow progress, because I'm getting more and more perfectionist as time goes by. I'll have to push that one to the finish next, though, because half of my list is dependent on me getting a new sketchbook.
I'll be lucky if I'll be done with three more items from my list by the time the event is over xD But one way or another it'll have put me in the groove of working on those projects, which I can probably keep up even after this thing is over. The trick is not picking up even more projects in the meantime.
