That was such a movie. Of QUALITY. And I saw just how QUALITY it was. And I think it was poorly done. Due to how QUALITY it was. And full of Zaitoon. Zaitoon and QUALITY. Full of Zaitoon and QUALITY. Just as should be expected. With QUALITY.
Thank you for the Zaitoon and QUALITY, Killix.

Wait, it occurs to me.
Usually, I don't learn much from a QUALITY movie, aside from knowledge of the movie, the... experience, and the time spent with each other enduring and picking apart the movie as we sit through it.
But I learned a word this time. That I probably wouldn't have learned without the movie. (Even if it was because it drilled the word into us for far longer than the joke required.)
Killix. You gave us something very marginally educational.

Gosh, you're right! Usually, the only things QUALITY teaches us are how not to animate/voice act/sound mix/write a movie. :'D
and now Zaitoon is a new word you'll never forget. No matter how hard you try. <3

Speaking of Zaitoon, I said I would draw her and I did! The movie apparently took uh... a couple of liberties with the folk tale was based on, so her real name miiight be Morgiana?

Apparently, she was originally a slave-girl instead of Ali Baba's wife. (Though there is actually... some faithfulness to the story in the animation (minus making some matters more child-friendly like making her a wife instead of a slave, which I don't really mind), just... poorly done? xD In that she's competent in the original story too.) So yeah, Morgiana's competence surpasses even QUALITY.

Wikipedia listed the wife and Morgiana as two separate characters, but the wife in the movie did all the things that Morgiana did in the folk tale, and there were no slave girls present at all in the movie, sooo I'm just assuming they combined them for plot convenience, lol.

Perhaps so. Which I don't mind at all. (Though there was that second woman, who I thiiink was a sister? I don't know if she took a role from the original.) But if they really wanted to shoot for plot convenience, we'd probably have a better, much shorter movie that could probably be fit in to 15 minutes.

Unfortunately I didn’t join in on QUALITY this time, alas </3 But oh my, this is intriguing to hear that it may have had some, gasp, nuance? =O

Morgiana is the slave girl and later becomes a wife, though she is not Ali Baba's wife. At the end of the folktale, she marries Kassim's son while Ali Baba marries his brother's widow.
Yes, Ali Baba and the Gold Raiders was much more... child friendly than the Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves tale it was adapted from. XD
