I don't think I've ever drawn so hard that I got eye strain headaches before, but here we are.

And on the plus side, I completed the thing. Just...probably not going to do something like this again. Oh who am I kidding, crazy amounts of detail are my jam.

So I drove to the store, and the lot was a little crowded, but not overly so. So I was going around trying to find a space, while keeping in mind that my parking skills aren't the greatest, so I need to consider an angle of approach while doing this.
"Hm, that looks like a good spot. I'll just turn here-"
A nearby raven saw me, looked at the spot... Then hopped right into it and stared at me, unmoving.
"...O...kay...?"
I found another spot nearby.
There was no food in that spot, so I'm not sure what was up. Maybe they wanted to stick it to the humans.

Spaghetti bolognese might be my most favoritist thing ever. a) It's simple, thus I can actually prepare it so it Tastes Good b) You can throw loads of cheese on top which is all you want from a meal, really.

Me: "Augh, I always end up procrastinating on my work if I get stuck." My brain, today: "Have you tried... procrastinating on your work by reading stuff related to your work?" Me: *Blurry Pikachu 'oh' meme*

Come to Ukraine. Develop addiction to sea buckthorn. Every time I see something with it, I order it.
I can't get it in the UK. Leave me alone.
Since when do I like sea buckthorn?

Dunno why it took me this long to figure out that I can better keep up with news by following different media outlets on Twitter. It can be difficult for me to remember to go the news sites every day, but seeing tweets of their stories gives me a daily reminder to check them out and know what's going on, whether it be reading the whole article if it's something important, or just seeing the previews of their other stuff.

I came across and was talking to some friends who had come back to school. There were others nearby I didn't know cause, y'know, public area.
Random Guy: *To me and a person I was talking with.* Go away, freshmen! Me, a final-year Master's student, and friend who is in senior year:

Ran into two Americans on the street who stopped us when they heard us speaking English. They were so excited, it was adorable. We had a brief conversation and explained where we are from.
That said...guys, why are you in this industrial wasteland of a town? It's gotten much nicer over the years but it is far from a tourist hotspot. We have family here. What is your excuse?

Celestial - Sometimes when my family and I go on a trip, we go a little out of our way to check out normal places that aren't tourist hotspots. That way we can get a feel and look for the regular everyday flow of life and not just what corporate or government people want us to see. And sometimes we end up there because circumstances lead us there, like if someone need a food or bathroom break or if someone needs medical attention and we stick around for a little while. Of course, I can't speak for their reasons. xD

Haha, that reminds me of last year when I was in Rome with my parents. My dad was attending a course, and my mom and I tagged along as a vacation. But there was a free weekend in the middle, and everyone was planning to go visit other cities, which was a good idea, except we'd already been to the super touristy ones. So we kind of randomly chose to go to Bari instead. We booked our flight and hotel and everything, and we took a taxi to the airport. The taxi driver asked us where we were flying to, and when we told him, he was like "oh, do you have family there?" And we were thinking like "Oh no, what have we done. Is there nothing to see there? Is having family the only reason someone would go?"
But you know what? It was lovely, and turned out to be the best part of the whole trip. XD We all loved it. <3
So yeah, I don't know, but just give them the benefit of the doubt, haha!
