Wait, there's more than one win now?
Does that mean we can share?
EDIT: Woah, post 44,000.

If we are to examine the concept of the existence of a multiplicity of wins, one must also acknowledge the ephemerality of such a win, and that winning is perhaps a closer approximation to an enduring process that is never fully completed as each participant continues to march forward and build off one another, and in such a situation, to say that one’s wins are more substantial than another’s is not to posit that one’s wins are truly more worthwhile in the long run, but instead implies one’s realization that a win that one creates on one’s own would be a truly grand and impossible feat, as it would purport to negate the literal thousands of layers upon layers of wins that rose and fell before one’s own, rushing and ebbing away like a wave lapping against the shores of eternity, and perhaps to truly win would be to destroy the nature of the very thread itself, and what a cold and barren comfort it would be to find oneself as the winner, alone amid such desolation and destruction, a monument to man’s headstrong and fallacious desire to post with finality.

See, while you've been squabbling over this win, I've been winning for over a month now.

But perhaps she's right. The only true winner to this game would be the first poster, assuming no one else would ever post. But then what sort of thread would that be? One that continues to exist, but without the life that thrives within it. And yet we continue to strive for this thread's doomsday, as if it would be a benefit to snuff the energy that persists among us. Perhaps all this conflict is a cover as a means to drive forth our desire for interaction, a sense of belonging, even if that belonging is entrenched within an eternal, meaningless conflict. Perhaps we should cast aside this mask of intent and embrace the reason we are truly here: The formation of a social circle, one full of belonging and lasting friendship, where the meaning within can last longer than any short-term, ephemeral, and ultimately meaningless, gain.
And we can start now. Here, I'll go put this win away for you all.
