Thanks, Pacmanite! =D It definitely took a lot of dedication and planning for me to finish this project in less than a month (I needed to have a few days to spare for Killix to test it), so I'm glad that the game turned out so well. Considering that the only thing wrong with it is the difficulty, I'd say it was fairly successful. ^_^ Stuck on the bosses of level five. I know how to beat them, it's just hard. ;__; Try bringing the feather wepon into the boss arena. It travels in a straight line, making it easier to hit Strife with. It also does double damage to the giant Crobot compared to the other wepons. The thing that always kills me is the cheese grater in level 3. ._. There's three different ways you can get past the first cheese grater in Level 3:
1. When it's at ground level, jump as high as you can so that you bounce off the top of it. The timing is tricky though. 2. Run under it right when it jumps. Again, timing is very tricky. 3. Back away slowly and let it chase you until the first bottomless pit to your left. Jump over the pit yourself, then stand still and let the cheese grater jump into the pit itself. Then, quickly run forward again before it respawns.
Once you have a wepon, dealing with them becomes a little bit easier. If you simply can't cross it without getting hit, just keep holding forward so that it only damages you once. If you have enough health, you should be able to survive.

If it makes you feel better, you did about 5x better than me, I was down to my last hit on huntress. And i couldn't even do the octopus boss.

I'm stuck on Level 5 XD; I don't know how to go on from there. I jump on the accessible switch, drop and bounce back up, hit the second switch only I drop and cant jump back up. =/ I tried jumping as soon as I get the switch, but I cant. =( Am I missing something? >>

*Has been playing through the game and finally managed to get past Level 3.* ...And this is before I started patching it. XD; Level 4 is much harder... The Hedge Llamas are the ones dealing the most damage to me. *Hasn't gotten very far in that level yet.* This game is harder than some other ones, but that's a good thing. I like it! ^^ *Thumbs-up.* EDIT: Yay, got the grown-up Killix version! ...But got killed by the mini-boss. XD; EDITx2: Beat level 4, but didn't find the puzzle piece. Hmm...

Wow, THANK YOU, Strife and Killix. XD I finally got past level 3! *does a happy dance* ^_^ I couldn't have done it without you guys! GOG INZ! =D If it makes you feel better, you did about 5x better than me, I was down to my last hit on huntress. And i couldn't even do the octopus boss. Level 4's miniboss can be a pain in the neck. What you have to do is approach him and stay relatively close, because he won't swing his katana if you're too far away. Once he swings his katana, that's your opportunity to hit him.
I would highly recommend a wepon against the squidninja since it's a lot safer. Plus it will give you a bit more time to prepare for his shurikens. He always throws them in the same pattern, sonce once you have it memorized, taking him down without getting hit should be doable. Nova- you have to do it without falling in the holes. To elaborate, you gotta position Killix so that she has one foot on two different squares. Then, when you press the switch, she'll still be standing on an active square. I really wish I had enough space in that room to change how it works. xD; But I had to confine everything to a single screen. EDITx2: Beat level 4, but didn't find the puzzle piece. Hmm... It's in a secret area, so you won't spot it while travelling through the stage normally. The level's scenery should give you a hint. :3

Just played through again (making sure to write down passwords this time XD), and made it to lvl 5 again (didn't play it last time). Full of some of my favorite enemies to hate to run into, and that's just the first part XD

Say, Mowfy? When you record Level 5, do you think you could include the cutscene that plays after the boss fight? That way, people who can't make it that far into the game by themselves can still enjoy what little bit of storyline the game has at that point. :3

After several days trying and more deaths than I can count, I finally managed to clear Level 3. ^__^ Thank you Strife for making the pits not an instant KO and to Killix for the playthroughs. They were both a big help. (And because I didn't mention this before, Strife, the sound effect when you pick up wepon is awesome. <3 Go Half-Life: Full Life Consequences!)
Now onto level 4. xD
