It's more than a weather chill, it's something else. Something dark," Smalldra replied. "I haven't felt anything like this since my sister fell to darkness."
Talking about it brought up the memory. Ningaia found a necklace somewhere, and put it on her neck, despite Smalldra's warning. It gave an evil spirit that lived in the necklace an opportunity to corrupt Ningaia. She painted herself Darigan and ran off somewhere in the Haunted Woods.

"Oh my," Schala said. "That must've been horrible!"
"Something is coming," Mima said. "Something...I don't know. I don't think it's quite right, but something is coming to Altador."

'It was pretty bad. I have been training, though, both physically and mentally. I plan to track her down and fight if need be, and hopefully destroy the spirit any way I need to," she said. "The chill I felt was so strong that it drifted all the way to Shenkuu, and I followed it here."

(Is it unreasonable to ask for something to happen?)

(LOL sorry I've just been caught up in other RPs and Barbie Explorer)
"Tell me about it," Schala said.
Meanwhile, in Altador Palace, a golden-haired Royal Cybunny awoke and began to pace the corridors. What a strange dream! She couldn't remember half of it, which was odd. Princess Saeryennan almost always had a prophetic dream, and she always remembered her dreams. Except this time, the last thing she remembered was...the crowning of a new Faerie Queen?! What?
She glanced out the window and noticed SchalaOfSaeryn, her friend from the Katare Academy of Altador for Girls. The princess raced out of the palace to tell her friend what she had foreseen.

"Well, we need to figure out exactly what caused it," Smalldra replied.
She glanced around at the Altadorians around them, just doing their business, totally oblivious to the chilling darkness. She remembered that she and her sisters considered living here, but they thought Shenkuu would give them the quieter life that Rhelf wanted.
Then she noticed a Cybunny emerging from the royal palace and making a buzzerline towards them.

"Oh my!"
Saeryennan skidded to a stop. The bottom of her elegant green and gold dress was soaked with dust.
"Pardon me, I am so sorry. I'm Saeryennan, Princess of Altador." She curtsied.
"Schala, " she said, "I just foresaw the crowning of a new Faerie Queen."
Both Schala and Mima gasped, but Schala even more so.
To her, this meant a certain Faerie was free.

Smalldra gave a short bow towards the princess out of respect, as she gave the news of a new faerie queen being crowned. Judging from the gasps of the two with her, she figured that it probably wasn't a good thing, and it probably had to do with the feeling of darkness they all felt before.

Suddenly, a shadow fell over Altador. Mima, Schala, and Saeryennan gasped.
All three of them witnessed what seemed a whirlpool in the harbor. The princess screamed when she the tip of a Dark Faerie's wing penetrate the surface.
It was a fearful sight of the Darkest Faerie rising out of the sea, the necklace that held her prisoner broken and falling into the sea. No one could see it from afar, but that necklace gleamed with tears. Seven tears, to be exact.

Smalldra did her best to hide her nervousness when she recognized the Darkest Faerie. But he was far from helpless, as her hand went to her waist, where her sword was. Grasping the hilt, she drew it out and took a few steps to stand between the faerie and the other three with her.
"S-Stay back," she told her, trying to hide her fear. But her voice and her slightly shaky hand gave it away, even if her face just showed determination. She's faced some of Neopia's nastiest, but never fought a faerie.

The Faerie sighed. Wow, her reputation was really in shreds now.
"Wait!" Schala said. She had her suspicions on the story of the Darkest Faerie. Her kind nature made her the type that didn't believe anyone could be purely evil. In fact, she had her own theory that the poor Faerie had never been responsible in the first place.
The Faerie turned. "Yes?"
"Your Majesty, I know the truth. I know you didn't betray King Altador...it just doesn't make sense. Fyora, she's your sister, yes?"
The Darkest Faerie gasped. She thought she'd never meet someone who was smart enough ti question everyone's ideals. She nodded.
Schala turned to Smalldra. "I can't say there are no good Dark Faeries anymore than I can say there are no bad Light Faeries," she said.

Smalldra kept her sword steady, as her eyes went between the two of them. She wasn't a master at reading expressions, but she didn't notice any sign that either of them was lying.
"Okay," she said reluctantly, returning her sword to its scabbard. "I can't say I totally trust you yet, but I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt."

Schala and Mima stared as the Faerie began to make her way toward the Hall of HEroes.
(OOC: I'm going to need someone to play Fyora...)

(Since nobody seems to be jumping at the oppertunity, I guess I will)
"Hello, sister," a sickingly sweet voice said, from behind the Darkest faerie. "I guess you didn't enjoy your time as a statue, though I can't say I blame you. I didn't enjoy being stone myself."
Everyone turned to see Fyora standing there, in all her royal faerie glory. A slight breeze blew the bottom of her dress against her legs, and blew her hair in the same direction. Her expression was hard to read, but her piercing purple eyes locked on to the Darkest Faerie.

Sakura could not speak. She looked frightfully upon the Faerie Queen.
"Oh, Yori..." she said, sighing. Now that she had gotten over the previous insanity when she had once tried to take over Neopia, she didn't really expect herself to be forgiven. Of course, she hadn't entirely forgiven her sister yet either...
Schala backed away from the Queen. She didn't trust her.
