 That's actually not true.  According to his testimony, he died, auto-lifed back, and then mutated at a later time one coming back.Technically his testimony hasn't happened yet, the case hasn't begun. And it can't begin now, GLQ isn't here and my documents about this are on my other computer.  Okay, whatever he said when I asked him about it.
