Cheshil quickly awoke. "I heard a crash... And now running... He's here..."
He grabbed the chair and book and stuck them back into his pack.
Drawing his swords, Cheshil muttered a few words under his breath and his jacket extended into a cloak, so he was almost entirely covered.
((Think Ringwraith from LotR))
((Uh, shoot. Draco beat me. Someone else post and I'll come up with something else.))

((hahaha, I'm quick ^_^))
Dragus taps him a couple more times.

As Dragus taps Cheshil, time freezes.
"This cloak is pretty cool. And it also makes a nice jacket."
Cheshil doesn't recognize Dragus, and quickly puts away his things and his jacket extends and forms a cloak.
Time unfreezes.
((Yeah, ringwraith.))

Starla was running faster towards the clearing. She heard sounds there. Maybe she could confront the being there! Maybe she could face what was possessing her!
She stopped just as she saw two men in the clearing, shaded by the darkness. She couldn't make out who they were.
"Who's there?!" Starla called, a little worry entering her tone of voice.

Dragus stares at the man, now with differn't clothes.
"That was odd, wasn't he differnt a few moments ago...."
He stops tapping, and looks at him.

Cheshil draws his swords.
"Who are you? State your purpose! Are you with the Keeper?"
((And Cheshil's voice has changed with the whole aging thing.))

Starla drew out her sword as well and stepped closer into the clearing. She didn't say a word, but stared.
"Keeper?" Starla thought.

"Keeper? I don't know of any keeper, but if its a fight you want."
Dragus doesn't take out his sword, but holds out his staff ready to battle.
"I'll gladly give you one."
-just outside the clearing-
The unknown continues to chase Starla.

((I wasn't really planning anything with that unknown. ^_^; Ah well. More interesting.))
"Wait," Starla thought after Dragus spoke. "I know that voice..."
Starla's ears suddenly deafened as she felt a distinct chill.

The Unknown stares and watches the group, hiding in the shadow. The silance covers the clearing, as Dragus and Cheshil stare at each other. ((I'll explain after the tussel ))

"Any ally of the keeper is an enemy of mine."
Cheshil smiled inwardly, and pulled out his two swords.
"And trust me..."
His swords rose higher.
"...You won't live to see tomorrow."
Ice shot at Starla.

Starla felt cold enough already, but when Cheshil's ice hit her dead on, she let out a gasp and crouched down. She started shivering and she sat a moment, trying to warm herself up. She looked up and glared at the figure that was Cheshil and walked forward, sword ready. She stopped 8 paces before the two though, though she looked ready to jump in.

"Told ya, I don't know any Keeper. Well I do, but most likely no keeper your talking about."
He raises his staff in the air, facing it towrds Cheshil.
"I mean, the only thing he keeps is some spare equipment if I ever go to him. Fire Surge!"
A blast of fire shoots at Cheshil.

Cheshil dove to his right and, in the process, dropped his sword, as part of his pack had lit on fire.
"No, no, no! There's information in there! Valuable information! Nothing the keeper wants! Gah!"
Throwing off the cloak and pack, Cheshil stopped, "Final Frost? Where... I dropped it? Ugh! No!"
The pack was half on fire now, as Cheshil dove towards Final Frost.

Starla stopped. Eyes wide.
"Final Frost? I know that name..." Starla muttered. "But... what?"
Starla was still cold from the inner chill and the ice. She couldn't figure out anything.
