Oh yeah, can Cat Assassin's Flashback effect be turned into "next round" instead of "next turn" for more clarity? I could just edit it out, but I fear you might not notice. Also, Subila the Yin's Negative Energy wasn't fully described. I forgot to add "This may only be used once per two rounds." Can that still be added? Lastly, Castration needs a duration. Probably only for the turn in which the card is played? Okay, I already said "lastly", but I noticed something. They're both Common Event cards, and the first one seems to be too powerful to be a Common (a player that uses this card can search for any card regardless of its rarity). Probably put it in Uncommon or give it a restriction?

Is it all right if I modify one of forumer cards?
208: Lupehunter, Wolf Form (Fire) From Lupehunter HP: 8 Special Ability: Blazing Run-This Fighter does not pay a retreat cost (F)(F) Fire Breath - 4 Damage (F)(F)(*) Cursed Burn - 5 Damage It's best not to cross paths with this one

Jina, as points are considered, I think your revision of Nin Jina is fine by now. Is it all right if I modify one of forumer cards? 208: Lupehunter, Wolf Form (Fire) From Lupehunter HP: 8 Special Ability: Blazing Run-This Fighter does not pay a retreat cost(F)(F) Fire Breath - 4 Damage (F)(F)(*) Cursed Burn - 5 Damage It's best not to cross paths with this one I don't know if "free retreat" costs one point. I personally felt it requires more points, but since other cards with the same effect have it as one, I guess it's fine.

[glow=red,2,300]Thanks everyone. ^_^ You've been a huge help.
Hey Cele, quick question.
178: DragonPower Celestial (Fire) From Celestial HP: 10 Special Power: Many minds- This fighter is immune to all status effects. Souped-up Spell (F)(A)- 4 damage Hunting (F)(F)(*)(*)- Your opponent chooses a card from their hand and discards it. Absorb power (F)(*)- Roll a die. If the roll is even, heal 2 HP It was foolish to stand against us
It's a mouthful to fit on a card. Would you like to combine two of the attacks into one? [/glow]

Hmm... Let me submit my cards.
553: (Common) Usermap Axe event When this card is Equipped to a creature, The creature cannot attack that turn. By Discarding this card and 2 energys, you can attack for double damage on any creature that is the same element of your active creature. "Just make sure you aren't on the receiving end of this. that is all."
and maybe I'll make my forumer card, too.
554: (Common) Hayati (Water) HP: 6 (W) Recover: Restore 2 HP, and prevent 1 damage next turn. Discard 1 Water Energy when this move is used. (*)(*) Watery Lurking: Deal 2 damage. "Where is Krisseh when you need her!?"
555: (uncommon) Lord Hayati (Water) From Hayati HP: 9 Special Ability: Melt -- When Lord Hayati is played, Discard all Water Energies on him to heal all Damage caused to him. You cannot use this if Lord Hayati has no Water Energies attached to him. (W)(W) Jellify: Deal 3 Damage. Reduce your opponent's attack damage to Lord Hayati by 1 for the next turn. (W)(W)(W) Summon Krisseh: Deal 5 damage, and heal 3 health to Lord Hayati. this can only be used once. "Lord Of jelly world, but the worst tasting jelly of them all."
EDIT: do they look better now?

Hayati, those cards lookpretty... underpowered actually, which makes a change xD Take a look over some of the cards that already exist, you might be able to see what I mean.
Mmkay =D
Nin Jina (Air) from Jina HP: 10 Special: Thief in the Night - If this card attacks a Fighter that is asleep, discard an energy from that Fighter. (A) Diluted Toxins - Roll a dice. If the result is even, deal 2 damage and Posion the Opponent's Active Fighter. (A)(A)(A)(A) Dream Dagger - 7 Damage. The Opponent's Active Fighter is Asleep.
HP: 10 Special: 3 DT: 2 DD: 8 Total: 23

"Lord Of jelly world, but the worst tasting jelly of them all."I hope those cards aren't too broken. I made Lord Hayati Really energy hogging because of his attacks. tell me if these are too broken. in fact, if they're too broken, Delete this post. Hello. This thread is supposed to be for trimming the list for redundancy and editing the already-added cards. However, since you're probably new here, I'll fix your cards for you. Username Axe: You didn't specify on what Rarity this card is. Also, four Energy cards discarded just to double the damage is asking for too much. I'd suggest only one or two Energy cards to be discarded because duelists cannot afford to waste too much Energy cards. If you are going for my suggestion, I'd mark this card Common. Hayati: Your Recover should only have (W), considering that you'll have to discard an energy card. That complements the 1-damage prevention. Why limit the use of Watery Lurking to three times? It's your only card's damage-inflicting attack, and it only inflicts two damage. Also, three Colorless Energy cards for a two-damage attack that a player can only use thrice isn't worth the card itself. My suggestion would be (W) as well. If you follow all of my suggestions for this card, you still have two points left. You can allot the remaining points to your very low HP, or improve on one of your attacks. Also, you did not specify what Rarity this card is, but considering that this is a Forumer card (and that you are really Hayati persona-wise), this would fall under Common. Lord Hayati: Jellify needs better wording. I reckon that the damage reduction will only last for the next turn. It only needs a (W)(W) on my opinion. A better wording for the attack would be: "Deal 3 Damage. Reduce your opponent's attack damage to Lord Hayati by 1 for the next turn." Summon Krisseh also has too much Energy needed. The attack and the effects are fine, but it only needs (W)(W)(W) (it would've been four, but the attack can only be used once). Melt seems pretty fine. Players will absolutely hesitate if discarding Water Energy cards is worth fully healing a Energy-less Lord Hayati. Overall, the points currently allotted to this card is 19. Like all the cards you've suggested, this also lacks the specified Rarity. It's pretty fine for Uncommon despite the extra point, but if you want it to be a Rare, you'll have to allot four more points. If you want to add some suggestions for cards in the TCG, you can go to the Card Creation Thread instead. PM me, Goosh, Rider or Huntress if you have any questions.

Just took another look at the cards.
Neopian Writer - Quill Pen Tickle uses 2 energy for an attack that does 5 damage.
The Smiley cards look like they'd really kill someone if a deck was built around them. And first time players can get the common cards for free.
How many points is Pirate Cannon worth? I count 9 points.
Shadow Knight and Spacefleet Telekinesis Student are exactly the same.
Clockwork Maid has no direct offensive attacks. Is this intentional?
Clara uses 13 points instead of 15.
Kindleflare seems to have 13/15 points.
How many point is Underdeep Lurker worth? I count 13/15 points.
How many point is Leste worth? I count 13/15 points.
Oran seems to have 13/15 points.
How many points is Bluisa, the Shadow Remnant using?
For CCC Cookies, is the amount for "half HP" rounded up or down?
Maybe I'm dense, but how would somebody remove Shackles?
A few revisions to my own cards:
Spacefleet Telepath probably shouldn't discard an energy for Emergency Frequency, since it doesn't seem to be using all the 15 points Uncommon cards get.
Spacefleet Medic's First Aid probably shouldn't require a die roll; if the die roll is removed, it becomes exactly 15 points.
I don't think Walter the Porcupine is here. >_>

How many points is Pirate Cannon worth? I count 9 points. Smiley commons wouldn't be too good on their own, you need UC's and Rares. 8.5, but 6/8 damage in one hit is... scary, for a common. Rider, for Water Baloon Shouldn't it be just "discard a "Water Balloon" from this fighter to do 5 damage insead", because otherwise you need two of them, and it's a bit of a waste. If you compare it to other similar ones, it's also quite weak even if you discard the equipped one instead of a second one.

How many points is Pirate Cannon worth? I count 9 points. 8.5, but 6/8 damage in one hit is... scary, for a common. I'd also be scared, but the Special Ability totally halves the efficiency of the attack. Pirate Cannon only has 5 HP, so that card can only launch one attack before getting owned because of its inability to attack the next round. Of course, unless the player switches it out, but it'll cost him/her a lot of Water Energy cards. I can think of a lot of strategies and anti-strategies for this card, really. Every card has been nerfed so that it can't win the match alone. Come to think of it, stacking Equipment cards on one Fighter is a questionable gameplay, since that would mean the card might get too impervious to any attack. It hasn't been discussed if Fighter Cards can only have one Equipment card on, so I think we'll have to do so quick.

To be more accurate, Kindleflare has 1 and 2/3rds of a point remaining. Vyt - true, but the fact it can do that much in one hit has some merit. But it probably is still a tiny bit underpowered, so I suppose you could give it one more HP? Maybe.
