Accidentally posted this on the main Issue #655 board, reposting it here where it belongs: First let me note I'm only going to comment on ones I have a comment for, so if I skip one it means I have no comment. QUESTION 1: Random TattooMaybe TNT should have suggested that person to submit a photo of the tattoo into the Art Gallery as they've recently encouraged different forms of art to be submitted (as they would do so later). QUESTION 4: Body MarkingsI don't think white foot markings, or any kind of markings, would diminish the value of the Paint Brush. In terms of customisation the Paint Brush's value comes from what it paints the entire body. Body markings like on the feet, tip of the tail, stomach, back, snout, etc. wouldn't effect the whole paint job as a whole, just that small part of the body. QUESTION 5: El Picklesaur Vs. Bag of ChipsOh TNT... I expect this to be a Battledome item eventually. Maybe as a Staff Tournament Prize Shop for the next AC. It can do Fire and Physical icons and block some Water icons for good measure. QUESTION 7: Picture ArticleI can't help but to think this question is being aimed at me as I include the HTML in my articles. Of course sometimes including the HTML is necessary as I have multiple pictures next to each other and want them placed a certain way. But I get the message and if there's ever a single image I'll just post the URL. QUESTION 10: Donny's StoryWELL, this sounds like a story waiting to be told, any takers? QUESTION 12: Girl LawyerbotOh, this is interesting, the new Lawyerbot is a woman! So was she the Lawyerbot playing during this year's Altador Cup? QUESTION 13: Sticks On The MoonHmm, where did that stick near the crash site come from? Ooh, maybe the stick didn't come from Kreludor, maybe the stick came from the meteor! Maybe that meteor was covered in space plant life until it got caught in Kreludor's orbit, causing it to be pulled in and burn up the flora on it as it entered Kreludor's atmosphere. Somehow that stick broke off and landed safely near the meteor and its now the only thing left of the meteor's unique ecosytem... and we now use it to poke at it's once home. WHAT MONSTERS HAVE WE BECOME!? WUT: Ugly Mutants:Oh boy, when Mutant Day comes around do I have an article for that person to read.

Hey, I submitted something for Mutant Day, too! *high-five* We must not let this glorious holiday be forgotten by the masses! I'm not sure tattoos can get into the Art Gallery unless it was a) an original design, not a copy of site art and b) the person did it themselves? Otherwise it'd be breaking two rules of the AG: no work primarily derived from site art, and no work you didn't make yourself. (Also, I'm glad TNT is considering a temporary tattoo Random Contest. Can you imagine "Mom, can you take me to get a tattoo so I can enter a contest on that cute virtual pet website you trust?" Yeah. No. Lawsuit time.) But if Kreludor's atmosphere is thick enough (and its gravitational pull strong enough) that descent would burn off all plant life on an incoming bolide, it would definitely vaporise any and all accompanying organic matter, including sticks. /takes off nerd glasses, puts on identical-looking regular glasses I think it was just left by a careless Woodland pet.

I didn't submit the article yet, going to on August 11th. Before then I have a Brightvale Day article to submit on August 4th. I'm also waiting response on a Discovery of Meridell Day article I sent back last Monday. Oh, I didn't know that. Well, I guess then they can just send in a picture to TNT to show off their love of Neopets (and place it on their look-up if they fell like it). But yeah, I was also glad TNT specifically mentioned a temporary tattoo (also another problem I see is a kid just using a magic marker or something similar and drawing a picture on themselves. Yeah, maybe it' a good idea not to have anything involving your skin is a good idea). Hmm, true, then let me re-hypothesize. Instead of having Kreludor pull in the meteor, the meteor just so happened to be flying in the direction of Kreludor. Now remember that Kreludor's atmosphere is thick enough that it can hold oxygen that's breathable, so if there's on object hurdling at Kreludor at hundreds of miles per hour, once it hits the atmosphere it's going to be set ablaze. HOWEVER, if a stick were to break off as that happened, the stick probably wouldn't have the mass nor maintain the momentum to also be set ablaze, thus leaving it perfectly fine as it falls onto Kreludor's surface (which wouldn't be too bad since Kreludor does have less gravity). Thus we have a perfectly intact stick next to a meteor that's been incinerated of all flora on it. ... OR maybe it was left by a Grundo scientist who was experimenting with planting flora on Kreludor's surface and the meteor just so happened to land nearby.

Or it's such a tourist attraction that Kreludan authorities provide sticks so that folks don't have to poke it with a finger. <_<

Maybe we can get other members in NTWF in on it and provide some of their theories, maybe even make up some scientific titles for ourselves. It could be a forum project.

Hey, go for it! The Collaborations subforum in Work Reviews and Advice would be the best place to put something like that together.

Ummmm... does this apply to user-submitted works? Because I use "pet" (no apostrophe) as a shortening of "Neopet" in a lot of my NT writing and that's never presented a problem before. Should I assume this "'pet" thing only concretely applies to TNT-created material? Or do I need to add an apostrophe to all instances of "pet" in my work going forward?

Hmm, maybe you should check back at some of your submitted work, maybe TNT has been changing "pet" to "Neopet" without you realizing it. Eitherway, from what it sounds like, if you specifically want to use"pet" you'll need to add the apostrophe in front of it otherwise it sounds like it could be changed to "Neopet" by a TNT member judging it.

If you haven't been told off for that before, I doubt that TNT will give you a problem about it later. They can't really expect all writers to know about this little rule (especially seeing that one had to ask about it). Also, since it is a rather trivial detail to enforce, they probably recommend it more than require it. If the user adds the apostrophe, great, but if they don't, TNT probably forgives easily. I think they themselves try to use it in their works more than users. Duke Pikachu you ninja'd me!

But it's good to know it's not necessary. Now I just have to force myself to exert all of that extra effort to type an extra apostrophe here and there.

Also in the Editorial was the little reminder that the Neocam was (technically) back up, which I had no idea of and went to go check, but... 0_o www.neopets.com/neocam.phtmladmittedly it's showing pictures from 2007 still but the Editorial acknowledged it exists and didn't make any mention of "it hasn't updated for years and it still won't".
