I go to sleep listening to the radio. Same here. I've managed to (literally) sleep through hurricanes. ^_^ It's hard to get me to sleep. Once I never got to sleep until 6:30 a.m. It's hard to wake me up, too. I can sleep through anything.

I've managed to (literally) sleep through hurricanes. ^_^ Me too. It helps when you get three or four a year... Luckily, we've been blessed with none the past few years. It's a HUGE pain when you live on the water...

I like hurricanes, they rock. ^_^ I live near the coast of Florida, so we get a lot of them. In the past few years we've been rather lucky to have avoided them... But then again, Hurircane Andrew came after I belive 4 years of no hurricanes. e_e; (NOTE: Hurricane Andrew was one of the worst Hurricanes to hit Florida in recent history. It was just awful x.x)

I have nothing to say about hurricanes, being that I have never been anywhere near one...oooh, look at that tumbleweed blow by. I must live in the most exciting place I hate the desert...I want to live on the beach!

My cousin taught me a sleep method once. You just imagne any old thing, and then let your mind wander with it! Like say, I imagine a ladder, then someone climbing up it onto a house, and then a pan-out into outer space. Soon, your mind is wandering so much, you don't even realise you're awake.

I normally fall asleep best with a bit of noise, but I can manage without it. People call me weird. People also say I'm weird because I hold my pencil differently than most people and I eat cake with a spoon. I can only sleep in perfect darkness. Noise isn't that much of a factor for me, mainly because I've grown used to it. You see, the wall that the head of my bad leans against is the other side of the wall that the telivision is propped up against. The telivision is often louder for me trying to go to sleep that for my parents trying to watch it. That creates a problem. I also hold my pencil a weird way. My second and third grade teachers as well as my parents kept trying to brake me out of it, but I just couldn't write any other way.

Aww, its not so bad... I used to watch TV, but im really addicted to the net (I had an average of 6 hours a day on the bill last month, thank god for flat-rate ^^; I still watch Buffy + Angel, and Spongebob, sometimes the Simpsons, and Monday Night comedy (Never mind the Buzzcocks, Shooting Stars and The Kumars at 42.) Apparently, I eat weirdly. Here we push the food against the curved side of our forks and eat it that way (im in England BTW) But I just use it like a little food-shovel ^^ I mean c'mon people, why the heck would you try and eat with the curved side of a fork!?

It's a HUGE pain when you live on the water... Not when you live on the water in the North. The last hurricane threat we had was when I was seven or so, I think. Maine doesn't get many hurricanes, even on the coast.

Yeah, and how COULD you, exactly, eat with the curved side? It's really hard to say if someone holds a pencil "weird" because we all hold it differently...or at least, all my friends do ;D
