1. As this is an unconventional medium for theatre sports we are limited in the type of games we can play. I trust, therefore, that when it is your turn to participate in a game, you will not spend hours composing your post. The very nature of theatre sports is improv and I'm going to trust you all. 2. The 'Audience' has some power over your scene, detailed below, but I would ask them to not contribute or comment unless they are 'throwing a red flag'. 3. General forum rules apply so keep it PG-13 please. 4. The points system is just for fun! There can be no winner so don't worry too much if I deduct 2000 points from you. (its a little like Karma) 5. Be random! Its part of what makes it so fun, don't stress that something doesn't make sence, just go with it.

If a scene doesn't appear to be going anywhere or is taking far too long, the Host can 'throw in the red flag'. The performers then have four posts to bring the scene to a logical conclusion and points can be deducted. The audience can also request the red flag but NOT throw it.
If a team member makes a comment that is rude, disrespectful, or hurtful to a specific individual, race, gender, or is otherwise offensive to the audience, the player must complete the scene with a large, brown paper bag above his/her posts. A point deduction is made by the Host.
Groaner If a team member makes a particularly bad joke (a groaner) prompting the audience to post a groan in response, the Host may stop the scene and make the team member beg for the audience's forgiveness. The scene can not resume until the audience has forgiven the offending player.

Bartender, Prison Visitor, Psychiatrist: Three performers arrive, one at a time, to sing 4-8 lines about a problem they have. The fourth person stands and replies to each in turn acting as a bartender, prison visitor and psychiatrist to the first, second and third performers respectively.
Hodown: Four players sing one verse each to make a complete song about a particular person/subject.
Quick Change: Two or three performers enact a given scene. Another performer says "change" at various times during the scene; the performer who had the last line must then provide an alternate line.
Scenes From a Hat: The host draws scenes from the hat, and any of the four performers may enter and develop that scene
World's Worst: A topic is given in the form of "the worlds worst [something]." The four performers post one-at-a-time with examples that fit the topic
Party Quirks: One performer hosts a party which the other three arrive at. The three guests are assigned odd personalities or characters. Whenever he/she is able, the host must identify what each guest is portraying. The guests enter one-at-a-time at the prompting of the host
I had to look up Theatre Sports in Google because I wasn't familiar with the term, heh. XD;
Anyway, it sounds like it'd b a rather fun thing to do. ^_^ I feel the only real way to know if something would work is to try. I say go ahead. I'd play.

I'm in! I love World's Worst. I've never played it before myself, but there's an improv comedy group on my campus that does that game sometimes, and it's incredibly funny.

Jina, I have seen it, I used to watch it all the time and loved it but more recently I've been a part of an improv group, sometimes we do serious stuff but lately we've been doing more theatre sports and I've loved it, hence the idea.
Have you seen a program called Whose Line is it Anyway? That's got alot of this sort of game in it, including, I believe, all three of those =P
That's actually what I thought of when I saw this thread. Like it made me think of the game where you can only speak in a certain number of words and such. =D Fun show.

Ah, I love improv! ^^ I think this is a great idea; I'd love to join in.
I'm not sure how some of the musical games will work without, well, music, but I suppose having a regular meter and some sort of rhyme scheme will be enough. Party Quirks may also be a bit tough without physicality, but we can just use *'d actions for that (like, "Do you have any eggs around? *gets down on all fours and sniffs around*" (that character was "a bloodhound searching for breakfast," by the way. Yeah, I come up with weird suggestions. xD)) Finally, for Infomercial, the host will have to provide pictures of weird items for the players to use.
But yeah, I'm sure we'll figure out the rules as we go. And maybe it would be easier if you organized us into teams, Sarn; I have a feeling that we won't be organized enough to sort ourselves out.
